Elizabeth Franklin-Best focuses primarily on appellate and federal criminal law. She is licensed in New York, South Carolina, South Carolina District Court, the Second, Fourth, Fifth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the United States Supreme Court. In addition to being Of Counsel with Adams & Bischoff, Elizabeth has her own boutique firm in Columbia, South Carolina. She is the Chair of Justice 360, a non-profit dedicated to advancing equality in capital litigation. She is also co-Chair of the Fourth Circuit Amicus Committee for the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. She is also on the Board of Directors for the Federal Bar Association, South Carolina Chapter.
