Eliza Joye
Attorney at Adams & Bischoff

Being arrested or finding out you’re under investigation is overwhelming – things move fast, and it can feel like the whole system is against you. The justice system is supposed to protect your rights, but without someone in your corner, those rights can easily be overlooked.

My practice is focused on holding the government to its burden, challenging unlawful policing, and enforcing my clients’ rights throughout the process. When someone is facing a criminal charge, they need an advocate and a plan. I represent people in these moments – making sure they are heard, that their story is told, and that their rights are protected every step of the way.
